In collaboration with leading Italian lead smelting company, SAT, we are able to supply bulbs for a versatile range of boats, catering for smaller sizes and larger boats weighing up to 20 tonnes. Our Team AC +39 currently holds the technological record: it’s 20 tonnes, 8 meters skilfully worked with numerical control. We are able to start our supply through meticulous calculation and examination; beginning with hydrodynamic and structural calculations that our engineers oversee through tested collaboration. We also have the ability to work on projects supplied by the customer or shipyard. For cruising boats, we craft highly accurate casting models that reinforce performance. Our casting models are made of CNC and can be made in any custom case, we can also supply and mill ductile iron keels as well as hybrid cast iron or lead keels if desired. These cases create a feeling of tightness as they don’t suffer from any performance-hindering asymmetries, and through that, we can mill the perfect racing monsters.
